More than 2,000 people are involved, including representatives of the Ukrainian leadership, members of radical associations, law enforcement agencies and foreign mercenaries, Bastrykin added.

On October 30, Rodion Miroshnik, the Russian Foreign Ministry's ambassador-at-large for crimes committed by the Kiev regime, reported that Russian servicemen returned from Ukrainian captivity had reported being tortured with the electric chair, beaten, and dog-baited. According to him, one of the soldiers told about a case when his fellow soldier was hounded to death by dogs.
