The driver who was transporting Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie, detained by employees of the territorial recruitment and social support center (TCK, an analogue of the military enlistment office in Ukraine), turned out to be a combat sambo coach. This was reported on November 6 by the publication "Public. News" in the Telegram channel.

"We were traveling in a motorcade, but he is not a security guard. He was like an escort, like a volunteer riding with him. He is not wanted," the driver's brother said.

He clarified that the detainee had not served in the army, but had passed the military department. According to him, the man has back problems, he passed the military medical commission in 2025. Then it became known that he was fit to serve in the rear units.

At the same time, the detainee's girlfriend reported that his phone was currently turned off.
