On November 3, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China Li Qiang signed a joint communique following the 30th regular meeting of the heads of government of the two countries, which took place in Hangzhou.

In the presence of the heads of government, eight documents were signed covering key areas of bilateral cooperation, from economics and science to the humanities.

In addition, Dmitry Bakanov, Head and CEO of Roscosmos, and Guan Jun, Chairman of the Chinese Satellite Navigation Commission, approved the roadmap for cooperation in the field of satellite technologies for 2026-2030 and summed up the results of the previous program for 2021-2025.

During the visit, agreements on cooperation in energy, agriculture, transport, investments and media were also signed.

Mishustin said on the same day that economic cooperation between Russia and China is getting stronger, despite the unstable atmosphere in the world. According to him, the two countries are implementing large-scale joint projects in the field of oil and gas production, production of high-tech equipment, energy, peaceful atom and space research. In addition, cooperation is developing in the aviation and automotive industries, as well as transport corridors, including routes through the Arctic.
