Two foreign ships caught fire during a drone attack on the port of Tuapse
As a result of a night raid by drones (UAVs) Two foreign civilian vessels were damaged at the port of Tuapse by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on November 2 by the operational headquarters of the Krasnodar Territory.
"As a result of the UAV attack on the port of Tuapse on the night of November 2, two foreign civilian vessels were damaged," the headquarters' Telegram channel says.
It is specified that there were no casualties as a result of the attack. In addition, rescuers extinguished all fires.
Later, the head of the Tuapse district of the Krasnodar Territory, Sergey Boyko, wrote in his Telegram channel that the threat of UAV attacks in the area had been canceled. He also added that the infrastructure of the municipality, including the port, was slightly damaged due to the attack. Windows are damaged in some buildings.
Earlier in the day, it was reported that an apartment building was damaged when UAV fragments fell in the village of Sosnovy, Tuapse district. It was noted that the debris hit the third floor of the building and shattered the windows. Operational and special services were working at the scene of the incident.
