An electric train driver who urged teenagers to engage in hooking has been detained in Moscow. This was reported on November 1 in the Telegram channel of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation.

"A criminal case is being investigated against an electric train driver who has been charged with committing a crime under Part 2 of Article 151.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Involving a minor in acts endangering the lives of two or more minors committed publicly on the Internet information and telecommunications network")," the statement said.

It is clarified that the driver systematically involved teenagers in hooking up, being the administrator of a closed messenger channel and the owner of a social network account, where he posted videos encouraging dangerous behavior and coordinated meetings on railway platforms.

In the summer of 2025, the driver entered into correspondence with one of the teenagers, persuading him to engage in hooking. He announced the arrival of the train at Biryulyovo-Passazhirskaya station, and the teenager rode on the outside of the train to Bulatnikovo station.

The driver is currently detained. The investigation continues to establish all the circumstances of the crime.

Earlier, on October 29, Vsevolod Serov, a 14-year-old zatseper who disappeared two weeks ago in Lobnya, Moscow region, died. It was clarified that the teenager escaped from the house through a window, after which he was probably hiding with his friends. Volunteers and emergency services were involved in the search for the child.
