The Russian oil company Lukoil has agreed a deal to sell 100% of its international company LUKOIL International GmbH to the international commodity trader Gunvor after the imposition of US and UK sanctions. This is stated in a press release on the company's website.

"The sale of LUKOIL International GmbH is related to the introduction by individual states of restrictive measures against PJSC LUKOIL and its subsidiaries," the statement said.
