Blackout schedules have been introduced in all regions of Ukraine due to infrastructure damage. This was announced on October 30 in the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Energy of the country.

"Consumption restriction measures have been introduced in all regions of Ukraine. From 8:00 to 19:00 (from 9:00 to 20:00 Moscow time), hourly shutdown schedules will be in effect, as well as power limitation schedules for industrial consumers," the report says.
