Andrey Vorobyov, the governor of the Moscow Region, suggested labeling wet wipes and toilet paper. This became known on October 30.

As follows from a copy of the letter, which was reviewed by Kommersant, the main purpose of the initiative is to inform citizens about the proper disposal of these items, which, according to Vorobyov, will help reduce the number of blockages and reduce the cost of maintaining public infrastructure.
