Law enforcement agencies have detained Konstantin Okunev, a former deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Perm Territory. This was announced on October 30 by lawyer Ivan Khladimkin.

"The detention of (Okunev. — Ed.) it was," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti, but the lawyer refused to comment further on the situation.

In addition, according to Kommersant Prikamye, he was charged under Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public calls for terrorist activities, justification or propaganda of terrorism using the Internet").

Okunev has now been taken to the courtroom, where the issue of a preventive measure will be decided.

On October 17, schismatic hieromonk Yevgeny Pinchuk was arrested in the Sverdlovsk Region due to public justification of the activities of the nationalist organization Russian Volunteer Corps (RDK, an organization banned in the Russian Federation and recognized as a terrorist organization). It was noted that he had previously been held accountable for discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
