As the agency's source explained, in the Kharkov direction, Ukrainian militants are attacking the Belgorod reservoir dam with missiles in order to create a catastrophe and flood nearby settlements.

On October 25, as a result of a strike by Ukrainian militants, the dam of the Belgorod reservoir was damaged.
