Law enforcement officers conducted searches in the management company of one of the developers of St. Petersburg. This was announced on October 23 by the TV channel 78.ru with reference to sources.

According to the TV channel, employees of the economic police and the Investigative Committee of the city participated in the operation. It is specified that law enforcement officers were interested in the period of the company's work in 2024-2025, especially the financial statements of the organization.

It is specified that the company's net profit for the past year exceeded 2.8 million rubles with revenue of more than 1.47 million rubles. Over the past three years, the company has participated in 69 arbitration cases totaling 41.47 million rubles.

Later, on October 24, the Delovoy Peterburg portal, with reference to the Vozrozhdenie St. Petersburg Construction Corporation, reported that searches were carried out at the offices of the LSR group of developers. Its head office is located in St. Petersburg.
