Kirill Dmitriev, Special Representative of Russian President Vladimir Putin, is on a visit to the United States. This was reported on October 24 by CNN.
"Russia's chief economic envoy arrived in the United States for 'official' talks just a few days after [American] President Donald Trump announced tough new sanctions against Russia," the publication says.
According to the channel's sources, Dmitriev will meet with the administration of President Trump in order to "continue discussing US-Russian relations."
