Police detained one of the horsemen who attacked pensioners in Kislovodsk
In Kislovodsk, a horseman was detained, who swore and threatened pensioners, brandishing a whip. This was announced on October 23 by the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Irina Volk.
"During the monitoring of the Internet, a video was found in which an aggressive masked rider threatens the couple, brandishing a whip. The police quickly located the attacker and detained him," Wolf wrote on her Telegram channel.
It is noted that a criminal case has been opened into the incident.
On the same day, two horsemen whipped pensioners after making remarks about them in Kislovodsk. One of the riders first cursed with the man, and then directed his horse at the couple. The first blow of the rider hit the woman in the face, and the second on the arm, the man was hit on the forearm, said Mayor Evgeny Moiseev in the Telegram channel.
