Starting from March 1, 2026, the Federal Register of Persons with Certain Diseases will be launched in Russia. In addition to people with diabetes and malignancies, it will also contain information about all pregnant women in the country. This was announced on October 23 by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova.
"To monitor the situation, the unified federal register of individual diseases will be launched on March 1, 2026, which will include information about all pregnant women and their pregnancy outcomes. As well as information about the health status of newborn children," she said at a meeting of the Presidential Council for the Implementation of State Demographic and Family Policy.
