Bondar noted that according to Article 29 of the Housing Code of Russia, those who carried out redevelopment without permission are required to return the room to its original condition, which means removing the door. A door installed without a permit may violate fire safety requirements, creating obstacles during evacuation. In this case, the fines range from 5 to 15 thousand rubles under Article 20.4 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
