A court in St. Petersburg imposed a fine of 40,000 rubles on musician Boris Grebenshchikov (recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent) for distributing material on the Internet without indicating that it was created or distributed by a foreign agent. This was announced on October 22 by the joint press service of the city courts.

"The court of St. Petersburg brought Boris Borisovich Grebenshchikov, a foreign agent, to administrative responsibility under Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The court imposed a fine of 40 thousand rubles," follows from the publication in the Telegram channel.

It is clarified that Grebenshchikov posted the information on YouTube, without indicating that it was produced or distributed by a foreign agent, or related to the activities of a foreign agent.

Earlier, on October 17, the court of the city of St. Petersburg fined rapper Oxxxymiron (real name Miron Fedorov, recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent) 120 thousand rubles under the article on violation of the procedure for the activities of a foreign agent. It was clarified that he had not submitted reports on his activities for 2024 and 2025 to the authorized body.
