"Today, at about 06:00, a BMW X3 car exploded in the courtyard of a multi—storey building," the police said in a statement.

Explosives experts arrived at the scene, who had previously established that an explosive device had been placed under the driver's seat of the car. No one was in the car at the time of the explosion and was not injured.
