The State Duma adopted in the first reading new benefits for its participants
In the first reading, the State Duma (State Duma) adopted three bills aimed at supporting military personnel participating in a special military operation (SVO) and their families. This was announced on October 15 by Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin.
"Our soldiers and their families should not need anything," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
It is noted that the first draft law proposes to grant military personnel the right to free travel to and from the place of military medical examination. The second one involves the extraordinary provision of housing or subsidies for the fighters of the SVO, raising children with disabilities of the first group over the age of 18. The third bill extends benefits for adult children of military personnel, allowing them to continue receiving support after graduation until September 1.
On September 29, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation proposed in a new draft law to introduce benefits related to transport and land taxes for large families, members of their families and their family members. It was clarified that parents with many children will be able to receive tax deductions for land tax and personal property tax, and payments to persons undergoing military service in their military units will be exempt from insurance premiums.
On October 6, the State Duma proposed creating an analog of the "Pushkin card" for trips so that you can pay in taxis and public transport. According to the parliamentarian, such a card can be used by pensioners, members of large families and veterans of their military.
