The court in Moscow collected debts on utility bills from Sobchak
The Moscow court has satisfied the claims of the Moscow Apartment Building Capital Repair Fund and recovered utility bills from journalist and TV presenter Ksenia Sobchak in three claims. This follows from the court documents, which were reviewed by RIA Novosti on October 9.
"The claims of the Moscow Apartment Building Capital Repair Fund for the recovery of fees for living space and utilities, heat and electricity have been satisfied," the case file says.
The amount of debt collected from Ksenia Sobchak has not been disclosed.
On October 8, the Federal Property Management Agency, based on a bailiff's order, put up for auction an apartment in Vladivostok belonging to the ex-governor of the Khabarovsk Territory, Sergei Furgal. It was clarified that the debt on contributions for major repairs amounted to more than 50 thousand rubles, and on utility bills — over 132 thousand rubles.
