Arrested billionaire Ibrahim Suleymanov may face a life sentence in the case of the contract killing of Georgy Tal— the former head of the Federal Service for Financial Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy. This was announced on October 4 by Alexander Khaminsky, a lawyer and head of the law enforcement center in Moscow and the Moscow Region.
"At the moment, we are talking about part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, "The murder of two or more persons committed by an organized group," as well as Article 30 and part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code, "Attempted murder committed by an organized group."
