Dr. Komarovsky called for punishment for criticizing Russian-speaking residents of Ukraine

Ukrainian pediatrician and TV presenter Yevgeny Komarovsky said that public punishments should be introduced for inciting hatred against Russian speakers in Ukraine. This was reported on October 4 by the newspaper "Country.ua" in the Telegram channel.

"For inciting discord between people in public [because of the Russian language], such people should simply be taken by the scruff of the neck and punished publicly, seriously. I say it again, they're just enemies. These are exactly the people who won't come back later (those who left Ukraine. — Ed.," he said in an interview, an excerpt of which is quoted by the publication.

Komarovsky also expressed bewilderment at the inaction of the state in relation to such violations. In addition, the doctor was outraged by the presence of human rights commissioners who do not improve the situation in the country and do not solve this problem.
