A resident of Shebekino appealed to the UN after her father was tortured by the special service of Ukraine

Anastasia Bykova, a resident of Shebekino, who was threatened with death by members of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) with the aim of recruiting her father, called on the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights on October 3 to investigate the fact of torture by the Ukrainian special services.

"I am Anastasia Andreevna Bykova. I urge the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to pay attention to the arbitrariness of the Ukrainian special services. They beat my father Laptev Andrey Yuryevich, born in 1962, in order to gain access to the Telegram channel and blackmail," Bykova said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
