Russia is developing a web application that will be used to assess the level of spiritual and moral values among university students. This was reported on September 30 by TASS with reference to the public procurement portal.

"According to the terms of reference published on the public procurement portal, the system will allow university students to be tested, interpret the results obtained and make recommendations based on them," the material says.

According to the agency, the tests include closed and open-ended questions, as well as multiple-choice assignments. Administrators will be able to independently create tests, assessment methods and scales. Indicators of spiritual and moral values will be assessed in five areas: educational, patriotic, ethical, cultural and socially oriented. In addition, the behavioral coefficient will be taken into account, writes TASS.

As specified by "Gazeta.Ru", the duration of the development work is 15 calendar days. The initial cost of the contract was about 15 million rubles, but the Blue Cats Games company won the tender, offering a minimum bid of 1.3 million rubles.

On August 29, the Ministry of Education published a list of 100 films that should be shown to schoolchildren. According to the Ministry, the main purpose of the recommendations is to use the educational potential of feature films to preserve and strengthen traditional Russian spiritual and moral values. So, the list includes only domestic Soviet films, including the works of directors Leonid Gaidai ("The Caucasian Prisoner, or the New Adventures of Shurik", "Ivan Vasilyevich changes his profession"), Eldar Ryazanov ("Beware of the Car", "The Hussar Ballad"), etc.
