US President Donald Trump may propose to Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky to sign a surrender agreement. This opinion was expressed on September 24 by Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council.
"Trump once again got into an alternative reality and issued a batch of political incantations on the topic of "How weak Russia is." <...> But Trump is not like that! I have no doubt he will come back. He always comes back. Probably, in a couple of days he will offer the green pianist to sign the surrender," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
