Zelensky and Trump met at the UN General Assembly
On September 23, US President Donald Trump met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during the 80th session of the UN General Assembly.
The American leader noted the importance of this meeting and discussed several key topics, including Russian oil supplies to Hungary, the economic situation in Russia and relations with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Trump said on the same day that it was too early to talk about security guarantees for Ukraine at the moment. According to him, it's worth talking about this later. In addition, he added that Ukraine is capable of continuing hostilities with the support of the European Union (EU).
