The American oil and gas company ExxonMobil has no plans to return to Russia yet. This was announced on September 18 by the head of the company, Darren Woods.

"We have no plans to return to Russia," the head of the company said in an interview with the Financial Times newspaper.

As Woods pointed out, ExxonMobil is not currently discussing potential investments in the country with the Russian authorities, but a dialogue is underway between the parties regarding the company's assets worth $4.6 billion.
