The head of the DPR spoke about the actions of the Russian Armed Forces in the Krasnoarmeysko-Dmitrovskaya agglomeration.

Russian troops operating in the Dnipropetrovsk and Krasnolimansk areas are gradually taking over the grouping of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Krasnoarmeysko-Dmitrovskaya agglomeration. This was announced on September 14 by the head of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Denis Pushilin.

"The Vostok group of troops is already settling in the Dnepropetrovsk direction. <...> They have completely liberated the south of the republic in their area of responsibility, now they are improving their positions, creating security zones in the Dnipropetrovsk region," Pushilin said in an interview with VGTRK correspondent Andrei Rudenko, which the journalist posted on his Telegram channel.

He added that at the same time, the troops are providing support to units operating in the Krasnolimansk area, where urban battles are still taking place. According to him, progress there is slower, but there is a gradual expansion, including the Krasnoarmeysko-Dmitrovskaya agglomeration.

The head of the military-civil administration of the Kharkiv region, Vitaly Ganchev, announced on September 13 that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had almost completely left Kupyansk. According to him, Russian attack aircraft have already visited the city itself. He also noted that everyone managed to see the footage of the fighters almost in the center of Kupyansk.

On September 3, the Russian Defense Ministry released footage of the Russian-controlled territories of Kupyansk. It was noted that at the moment, about half of the city's territory is under the control of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
