HC Avangard beat Dynamo 7-4 in the KHL match

Omsk Hockey club (HC) Avangard defeated Dynamo Moscow on September 13 with a score of 7:4 in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) regular season match.

The meeting, which took place in Omsk, ended with a score 7:4 (1:3, 4:0, 2:1) in favor of the owners. Forward Nikolai Prokhorkin, defender Damir Sharipzyanov, forwards Dmitry Rashevsky, Alexander Volkov and Giovanni Fiore scored for Avangard. Forwards Cedric Puckett, Jordan Weale, defenseman Igor Ozhiganov and forward Artem Shvets-Rogovoy scored goals for Dynamo.

In the 42nd minute, 17-year-old Vladimir Selivanov entered the Dynamo goal, becoming the youngest goalkeeper in the club's history in the league, replacing Maxim Motorygin.

Avangard scored four points. In the next match, the Omsk club will host Dinamo Minsk on September 15. Dynamo (three points) suffered its third defeat in four matches of the season. On September 15, the blue and white will play away against Barys, adds Sport-Express.

A day earlier, St. Petersburg HC SKA beat Chelyabinsk Traktor 5-2 in a KHL match, which was the first victory of the season. Both of these clubs will play their next matches on September 14: SKA will face Lada, and Traktor will face Sochi.
