"I worked as the director of this school for 25 years. What I want to say. This is the first time I've voted in such conditions. My heart is full of excitement, with trepidation. I'm being honest. I'm really worried that I'm voting on my 80th birthday against the background of this school with broken windows," said Galina Zharkikh.

Correspondent Tatiana Simonenkova also noted that members of the election commission jokingly note that they combine business with pleasure by walking dozens of kilometers. This measure was taken for security reasons to ensure the electoral process under threat.

"When it was in one place, people knew where to come, when to come, chose the time, day, and so on. As convenient for anyone. Now, when we walk through the streets, on the one hand, people feel good because they have come home, and on the other hand, we are coming.
