A criminal case has been opened against the former head of the military mission of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Andrei Tyurin. This was announced on September 12 by the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation (IC RF).

"He is accused of abuse of official authority in the execution of a state defense order (paragraph "b" of part 2 of Article 285.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)," the publication says in the Telegram channel.
