It is necessary to open a network of men's consultations in Russia. This proposal was made on September 11 by the Chairman of the Federation Council, Valentina Matvienko, at the plenary session "Demography 2.0. Reboot" of the VI Forum of Social Innovations of the Regions.

"There is a practice already in Moscow, I studied it, and in other regions, when there is a building, one half says "women's consultation" — a separate entrance, the other half says "men's consultation", a separate entrance for men," Daily Storm quotes her in her Telegram channel.
