Georgian law enforcement officers detained two Ukrainian citizens who were trying to carry 2.4 kg of rdx. This was reported on September 11 by Sputnik Georgia with reference to the country's Security Service.
"2.4 kg of rdx, which is more powerful than TNT, was found in the detainees' truck. The Ukrainians traveled with him through Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey," the publication says.
