Russian President Vladimir Putin dismissed Arsen Isagulov, head of the Sakhalin Department of the Interior Ministry, and Mikhail Korobkin, head of the Interior Ministry of Ingushetia. This was reported on September 10 on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Media with reference to the decree of the head of state.

"They were relieved of their posts by decree: <...> Police Major General Arsen Isagulov, Head of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Sakhalin Region; Police Lieutenant General Mikhail Korobkin, Minister of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Ingushetia," the publication says.

On July 9, Putin dismissed Mikhail Bogdanov, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation. In addition, the Russian leader also relieved him of his duties as the special representative of the President of the Russian Federation for the Middle East and Africa.
