Kathmandu International Airport reopened

Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu has resumed operations. This was announced on September 10 at the Russian Embassy in Nepal.

Earlier, on September 9, the Russian Embassy announced the closure of all airports in Nepal until 00:00 local time on September 11. At that time, it was assumed that the restrictions could be extended in the future.

In this regard, mass protests began, 22 people were killed and about 5020 injured during the protests.
