HC Spartak defeated Sochi in the first home match of the new KHL season

Spartak Moscow Hockey Club defeated Sochi in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) regular season match with a score of 4:3. The meeting took place on September 7 at the Megasport Arena in Moscow.

Alexander Belyaev scored goals for the home team in the 24th minute, Adam Ruziczka in the 31st, German Rubtsov in the 32nd and Nikita Korostelev in the 41st. Sergey Popov (23), Noel Hefenmaier (25) and Artur Tyulin (39) scored from Sochi.

The next matches of the teams will be held on September 9th. Spartak will host Dinamo Minsk, and Sochi will play in Moscow against Dinamo Minsk.
