Three children were injured in an accident that occurred at the intersection of Sovetskaya and Krasnoarmeyskaya streets in Yoshkar-Ola. This was announced on September 6 by the press service of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Republic of Mari El in the Telegram channel.

"This afternoon in Yoshkar-Ola at the intersection of Sovetskaya and Krasnoarmeyskaya streets, the driver of a VAZ-2110 car, according to preliminary data, did not provide an advantage in driving to a Honda car moving straight in the opposite direction," the publication says.

It is specified that as a result of the incident, three minor Honda passengers were injured: 11, 13 and 14 years old. At the moment, traffic police officers are continuing to investigate all the circumstances.

Earlier in the day, in the Tugulymsky district of the Sverdlovsk region, five people were injured in a collision between a car and a truck on the Yekaterinburg–Tyumen highway. It was clarified that the 25-year-old driver of the Lada Vesta car could not maintain a safe distance to the Mercedes truck moving ahead and collided.
