The lawyer told about Oglobin's requests to send him to his home.
Alexander Ogloblin, a former general and convicted of bribery, submitted applications more than 10 times asking to be sent to participate in a special military operation, but all of them were rejected. This was announced on September 2 by his lawyer Maxim Dovgan.
According to the lawyer, even at the stage of the investigation, Oglobin wrote several petitions for his release.
"He continued to do this after the start of the trial. In total, he wrote more than 10 applications, all of them were left without satisfaction," said the defender.
