The Interior Ministry told about the possible deportation of Team Young football players

About 20 football players of the amateur team Team Young were detained in the Samara region. This was reported by law enforcement agencies on August 31.

Earlier in mid-August, a video appeared online where Team Young football players allegedly attacked the players of the Estetica team, as well as insulted them on a national basis. The incident occurred in the Samara region during a Regular Amateur Football League match. After that, the disciplinary commission disqualified several players from Team Young.

"About 20 football players from the amateur football team Team Young were detained in the Samara region. Most of them are illegal migrants. Those who were under drugs and with violations will most likely be deported," RIA Novosti quoted the law enforcement agencies as saying.

Russian Interior Ministry spokeswoman Irina Volk said on August 11 that police in St. Petersburg had detained six people on suspicion of illegally registering at least 5,000 foreigners through hacked accounts on Public Services. It was noted that since 2023, the attackers fictitiously registered migrants on behalf of the owners of the stolen accounts of "Gosuslug". The suspects searched for clients through Telegram channels in which they advertised their "services".
