Starting from September 1, passengers who missed their flight but arrived at the departure airport were allowed to use return tickets. This is reported in the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Transport of Russia.

It is specified that previously such tickets were automatically burned. The amount of the cancellation fee or the change of its conditions will be limited only by the actual expenses of the airline. There will be no additional fees charged to passengers on planes.
