The World Court sentenced Roman Gromov, the founder of zatsing in Russia, fining him 100,000 rubles. This was announced on August 22 by the Moscow Interregional Transport Prosecutor's office.
Gromov was found guilty under Part 1 of Article 151.2 and paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 151.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Involvement of minors in committing illegal acts that are obviously life-threatening to the perpetrator"). During the proceedings, it was established that he repeatedly persuaded minors to travel on the external parts of the railway rolling stock, realizing the danger of such behavior.
"During the trial, it was established that Gromov, realizing the danger of traveling on the external parts of railway rolling stock, repeatedly persuaded minors to engage in this dangerous hobby," the prosecutor's office said.
On January 31, an 18-year-old girl in Moscow was detained by police officers for hooking up in the subway, and she was placed under administrative arrest for five days. It was clarified that at the Petrovsko-Razumovskaya metro station on the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line, the girl clung to the driver's cabin from the tail of the electric train and drove through the tunnel to the Okruzhnaya station.
