Medvedev noted the need for the absence of NATO forces in Ukraine
Russia will not accept security guarantees implying the deployment of NATO troops on the territory of Ukraine. This was announced on August 21 by Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council.
"It was explicitly stated: no NATO troops as peacekeepers. Russia will not accept such "security guarantees," he wrote on the social network X (formerly Twitter).
