Logic of Milk has announced the expansion of its product range
Logika Moloka, a leading Russian producer of fresh dairy products, ice cream, baby food and plant-based beverages, is expanding its product portfolio and starting cheese production. This was announced by the company's press service.
"The cheese market, both in Russia and abroad, remains one of the fastest growing segments of the dairy industry, and consumption is projected to grow by about 40% by 2035. Logika Moloka closely follows consumer trends and preferences, developing its presence in new markets. In 2026, we have already expanded our portfolio into two categories at once — ice cream and cheeses. We will continue to develop new and in—demand products that meet the demand of domestic and foreign consumers," said Yakub Zakriev, CEO of Logika Moloka.
The company noted that it has already launched two types of cottage cheese (natural and green), as well as semi-hard cheese, under one of its brands. In the future, Logic of Milk plans to expand its cheese portfolio annually with new types and flavors. At the same time, the company intends to take a leading position in the market — top-3 among curds and top-5 among semi-hard ones.
According to the company, cheese consumption in Russia increased by about 43% from 2020 to 2025, breaking the psychological mark of 1 million tons in 2023, which led to entry into this market with its own products. At the same time, the cheese category continues to show positive dynamics: in the first half of 2026, consumption increased by another 3.5%.
