Stubb predicted the establishment of a new world order by 2030
Finnish President Alexander Stubb said that the formation of a new world order could be completed by about 2030.
"I don't know when the situation in the world will stabilize. Give it another five years. By 2030, we will probably get some kind of new order," he said in an interview with The Washington Post (WP).
Stubb noted that the situation is currently in a transitional phase, which creates additional difficulties.
