Five drones intercepted overnight in Yaroslavl region

Five unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were intercepted overnight in the Yaroslavl Region The Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was announced by Governor Mikhail Evraev on August 15.

"By the forces of electronic warfare (electronic warfare. — Ed.), five drones have been neutralized," he wrote on the Maks messenger.

The governor reported no casualties or damage on the ground.

Civilians were killed in a number of areas, residential buildings and infrastructure were damaged.

Evraev had previously reported that the exit to Moscow was temporarily blocked in the city due to the UAV attack. The Governor recommended to refrain from traveling in the specified direction and its surroundings.
