The air defense forces destroyed nine Ukrainian drones in the skies over the Tula region overnight. This was announced on August 11 by the governor of the region Dmitry Milyaev.

"Last night, nine Ukrainian drones were destroyed by air defense units of the Russian Defense Ministry in the sky over the Tula region," the Telegram channel said.

The governor added that there were no casualties. As a result of the incident, according to preliminary information, no damage to buildings and infrastructure was recorded.

On the same day, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced the interception of seven Ukrainian drones on approach to the capital. It was clarified that special services are working at the crash site. Later, he announced the elimination of six more drones.
