The Russian Embassy spoke about contacts about the missing Russian woman in Belgrade.

The Russian Embassy in Serbia has been informed about the disappearance of Russian citizen Lyudmila Turkova in Belgrade. The press service of the diplomatic mission informed Izvestia about this on July 30.

Earlier, the media reported that on July 25, a 27-year-old Russian woman told her friend that she was going to a nightclub in the municipality of Palilula. Closer to 23:00, she got in touch for the last time and stopped answering calls. The friend doubts that the girl got to the institution.

"The Embassy has been informed about the disappearance of a citizen of the Russian Federation, L.K. Turkova, in Belgrade. The corresponding appeal from the relatives of the missing woman was received on the evening of July 29. The staff of the consular department has established contact with the applicants and provided explanations regarding the further algorithm of actions," the embassy said.

Relatives are advised to contact Serbian law enforcement agencies. The diplomatic mission noted that they are in contact with the competent authorities of the republic and expect to take all necessary measures to establish the whereabouts of the Russian citizen.

On July 28, a search began in Thailand for two Russians, 22—year-old Diana and her 17-year-old brother Roman, who disappeared in Pattaya. On the morning of July 26, they left on a motorcycle, after which they were recorded by surveillance cameras 300 m from the house, and then the trail was lost. Before she disappeared, Diana sent her mother a message saying "URGENT!" and complained that she was being followed. An unknown Bluetooth tracker was found on her phone.

According to police, they were chased by a motorcyclist, and later they were caught on camera on Highway 7 with two unknown men. Locals associate this site with the transportation of people to neighboring countries to work in call centers. On July 29, the Russian Embassy in Thailand confirmed that it was in contact with the police. During the search, a disassembled and buried motorcycle was found, and a witness is being questioned in the case.
