Almost 60 ground transport routes will be adjusted in Moscow from August 1.

Starting from August 1, 55 ground transport routes will be changed in Moscow. This was announced on Wednesday, July 29, by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Transport and Industry.

According to him, buses and electric buses will start running more often, and some routes will become more convenient due to access to metro stations, MCC, MCD, as well as social and cultural facilities.

In particular, routes No. 219 and 485 will be combined under the number 219, route No. 512 will run along a new road through the residential complex Sheremetyevo to Annenskaya Street, the social route c532 will be extended through the Maryina Roscha MFC, and route No. 024 will become toll-free and receive the number 684. Instead of route 320, passengers will be able to use route 203. The routes of a number of other routes will also change, and district route No. 727 will start operating instead of t27. In addition, a new social route c745 will be launched from Lyublino metro station to Sadovod shopping center, the Moscow City News agency reports.

At the same time, new stops will appear in different districts of the capital, some of the existing ones will be moved closer to metro stations or switched to "on demand" mode. The changes will affect routes in the areas of Marina Grove, Otradnoye, Zhulebino, Shcherbinka, Peredelkino and others.

The updated timetable will appear on the Unified Transport Portal and at stops closer to the route launch date.
