Junior Sergeant Sukhov restored communication line breaks under AFU fire

Junior Sergeant Kirill Sukhov, who performed the tasks of organizing uninterrupted communications as part of a motorized rifle unit, together with his subordinates repaired damage to communication lines, acting under fire from militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on July 28 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

It is clarified that the enemy, in an effort to deprive the Russian units of stable control, attacked the positions of the command post with artillery and FPV drones, which disabled the equipment. Sukhov and other military personnel of the unit immediately began to repair the damage: in the shortest possible time, the signalmen managed to repair the line breaks, replace the out-of-order units and assemblies, as well as restore damaged stationary and temporary structures.

Thanks to Sukhov's professionalism and efficiency, the soldiers of the Russian Armed Forces managed to ensure stable control of the motorized rifle battalion units in the defense of their positions and repel the enemy's attack.

In addition, the Russian Defense Ministry noted the actions of Corporal Abdulla Akhsanov, who performed combat missions as part of a reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicle. During aerial reconnaissance, the fighter discovered the control and launch point of the Ukrainian Armed Forces attack drones, which he immediately reported to the command.

After that, Russian gunners attacked the identified object, as a result of which it was destroyed. Thanks to Akhsanov's competent and timely actions, the AFU militants lost the control point and launch of attack drones, which significantly reduced their combat potential in this area.
