The father of the boy who died near the Tolyatti factory told the details about the tragedy

The boy, who died after a security guard "pulled" him off the fence of one of the enterprises in Tolyatti, wanted to get into the facility to help a friend get the glasses that had fallen there. His father told Izvestia about this on July 24.

The man said that he suddenly received a call from his son, who managed to inform him that he was in trouble. After that, he immediately rushed to find his child, whom he later found lying in a pool of blood. Next to the boy was a security guard, who, as it turned out later, was the cause of the tragedy.

Friends of the deceased later said that he decided to climb over the barrier in order to return the fallen glasses to one of them. The moment he climbed up there, he was noticed by a watchman, who grabbed his legs and for a long time did not allow him to get off the sharp peaks. Then he took the child down from the height and dragged him, holding him by the neck, while simultaneously dropping the father's calls.

The boy was promptly taken to a medical facility, but it turned out that by that time he had lost a lot of blood. Later it turned out that as a result of the incident, his internal organs were seriously damaged.

An inspection is also underway with regard to the guardianship authorities of Norilsk, which were supposed to monitor a dysfunctional family.

The death of a 10-year-old native of Tolyatti while trying to climb over the fence of a local building of a resource-supplying organization became known on July 24. It was noted that the tragedy occurred the day before, when the boy was walking with his friends. Being captured by the guard, he received multiple wounds from the bars. He died in the hospital the very next day. The watchman himself was detained. A criminal case has been opened against him on the grounds of a crime under Part 4 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Intentional infliction of serious harm to health, resulting in the death of the victim by negligence").
