AvtoVAZ will go on a planned three-week vacation on July 27

AvtoVAZ will go on a planned single corporate vacation, which will last from July 27 to August 16. During this period, the company will carry out repairs, maintenance and modernization of technological equipment and tooling. It is also planned to improve the working conditions of employees. More than 370 million rubles have been allocated to finance the projects. This was announced on July 24 in the press service of the domestic manufacturer.

In total, during the three-week vacation, it is planned to complete more than 13 thousand tasks with a total volume of more than 80 thousand man-days. The main part of them is related to the final preparations for the launch of production of the Lada Azimut crossover. In particular, it is planned to install a manipulator for installing a windshield, launch a system for automated application of glue-mastic on body parts and other activities.

In addition, AvtoVAZ announced that part of the work is focused on the further development of the Lada model range, including preparations for the release of the Granta with automatic transmission in 2027.
